Sitka Releases Effluent

was taken in the morning while the ship (apparently on charter to
National Geographic) was tied to the fuel dock in Sitka, just below the
OConnor Bridge. It's probably just gray water (not illegal), but still
not consistent with a company that claims to be environmentally
