late (at 1PM) from a four day cruise (25 - 29 January) to/from
Cozumel. After leaving Cozumel Saturday, it returned early
Sunday monring to offload a seriously ill passenger. Passengers

A woman is suing the company, alleging she was attacked and raped by a senior worker and the cruise line did nothing about it. The incident happened on the night of December 18, 2002 -- she had only been on the ship for 1.5 days. RCI says it reported her claim to authorities and the incident "appeared to be a consensual relationship on the night of the alleged incident." | Sexual Assault (Crew on Crew) |
